She’s Happy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that began in response to the needs of inner-city youth in Houston, Texas, who required school supplies, haircuts, and toys for Christmas. As one of the leading charitable organizations in Houston, we are committed to helping low-income families achieve lasting independence through our youth mentoring and community service in Houston programs.

The complex problem of poverty won’t yield a quick fix; it requires a holistic approach that not only addresses immediate needs but also empowers individuals to achieve independence.

At She’s Happy Foundation, we believe in building positive, long-term relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people.

Our mission is to make a difference in the lives of inner-city youth and their families by fostering caring and consistent mentor-volunteer relationships. We believe that all youth deserve guidance from a caring, knowledgeable adult to help them reach their full potential and break the cycle of poverty.

CEO & Founder Warren Broadnax

CEO & Founder Warren Broadnax grew up in poverty and didn’t want any child to start the school year without the supplies they needed to be successful.  After providing the youth with supplies Broadnax decided to start going into the schools to share his story with the inner city youth about how he began his life in poverty, but with hard work, dedication and motivation he now has an extremely successful career.

Warren Broadnax has made it his goal to provide on-going support and opportunities to inner-city youth and their families who are at-risk of being a statistic.

“We believe in changing lives, improving communities, and inspiring individuals to continue to have hope.  We care about the entire community, and we are dedicated to helping people and teaching them how to help themselves.”  – Warren Broadnax
