She’s Happy Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) organization that began in response to so many inner-city youth in Houston, Texas that were in need of school supplies, haircuts and toys for Christmas. The Foundation is committed to helping low-income families achieve lasting independence. We make sure their needs are addressed and they are provided opportunities to succeed.

The problem of poverty is complex.  It won’t yield to a simple solution or a quick fix.  It requires an integrated approach with meeting the immediate needs, but reaches much further to help individuals achieve independence to empower families to break the cycle of poverty.

She’s Happy Foundation is operated under the belief that every person has the ability to thrive in life.  We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.

Our Mission

Making the difference in the lives of inner-city youth and their families through caring and consistent mentoring relationships.

We believe that all youth deserve individual guidance from a caring, knowledgeable adult to help them reach their full potential.

CEO & Founder Warren Broadnax

CEO & Founder Warren Broadnax grew up in poverty and didn’t want any child to start the school year without the supplies they needed to be successful.  After providing the youth with supplies Broadnax decided to start going into the schools to share his story with the inner city youth about how he began his life in poverty, but with hard work, dedication and motivation he now has an extremely successful career.

Warren Broadnax has made it his goal to provide on-going support and opportunities to inner-city youth and their families who are at-risk of being a statistic.

“We believe in changing lives, improving communities, and inspiring individuals to continue to have hope.  We care about the entire community, and we are dedicated to helping people and teaching them how to help themselves.”  – Warren Broadnax
