In the month of motherhood celebration, thousands of mothers and mothers-to-be across the country will spend Mother’s Day in a women’s shelter. She’s Happy Foundation will provide brunch and a clothing shopping spree to these women to let them know they are remembered and loved on this special day.
This event gives this group of women a chance to spend a moment away from the daily worries of housing, safety, employment, and their health and well-being, by lifting their spirits and letting them know that people they’ve never met before are thinking about them.
